This Privacy Policy describes the information privacy practices that Darby Photos and its partner businesses work under. We hold policies/procedures in place to be FOIPA compliant and hold our partner business we work with to the same standards and accountability.

Personal Information Darby Photos Collects and Processes
Any personal information collected either in preparation, at or after a photo session is handled and stored with the highest security in mind. Any information submitted manually, on an order form or over the phone is held locked on premises until such point it can be professionally shredded and destroyed. This process takes place approximately every 4 months. We keep the certificate of destruction and can provide it upon request. We do not sell any person data we collect to third parties.

Data Retention
We keep your Personal Information only as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes and as permitted by applicable law and any time frames set forth in the applicable customer agreement.

If you wish to contact Darby Photos directly to access the Personal Information that we hold about you, you may email your request to Darby Photos at info@darbyphotos.com. To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity or provide additional information before we let you access or update your information. Darby Photos will provide you with the information you have sought by email, or if possible, in another form that you have requested. We may reject requests for certain reasons, including if the request is unlawful or if it may infringe on intellectual property or the privacy of another user. If Darby Photos decides to deny you access to some or all of your Personal Information, we will notify you of our decision in writing, which will include an explanation of our decision and directions regarding how you can complain if you are not satisfied with our decision.
