A Memory Mate is an individual and team photo on the same 8½×11 page. We incorporate league logos, colors and sport themes into each leagues unique design.

The ONLY way to get additional Memory Mates or more is to order the Memory Mate through the online gallery.  Note – Some leagues DO NOT purchase a memory mate for each player, please refer to the gallery for confirmation if this product is provided or not automatically by your league.

Most leagues include the cost of a memory mate in their registration costs and purchase this product for each player automatically. If this is the case nothing is needed to receive this product. If you open your gallery, scroll to the bottom and find the Memory Mate Product you can confirm this by the text in this package.

Yes, but AFTER the gallery close date, listed on your form provided on photo day to each player through the coach, there is a $10 late fee associated with any order placed. This covers the additional costs associated in completing the order individually and sending it to you directly.

Yes, all ordering is completed online through your child’s unique gallery. This means to get to see the photo BEFORE ordering any photos. This is NOT the industry standard but we feel is very important to help make an informed decision about what photos you would want by actually seeing the photos!!!

We generally have the photos back to the league representative within 10 business days. The league then hands them to your coach, generally a quick process.
