Photo Day Details:
Come fully dressed. Players and Coaches only in the photo area. Inside sessions teams will remove their mask ahead of both the individual photo and then for the team photo. We have been given permission by Public Health to complete a team photo without masks this season.
Time Slot Booking Instructions:
Please pick a time slot below and click “sign-up. this will allow you to put in your name and your team name. Once you have signed up, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you enter. The email will include a link that will let you remove your sign-up should you need to change your time slot.
NO ORDER forms will be used this season, instead the coaches will be asked to line their team up in ALPHABETICAL order. We will provide the coach with a list that shows this order. ANY/ALL ordering will be done online AFTER photo day. Coaches will be given all the needed details at the photo session by our staff.
Darby Photos can photograph siblings together in one photo if you want. The photo can be ordered in any of our plain or specialty products. The photo needs to be taken following one of the siblings solo photos. The siblings should be in line together, keeping socially distant from other teammates. Please call if you have any questions!
If your team simply can not fit into one of the available slots on the schedule it is up to you to contact a booked team to attempt a swap/trade. If that team agrees, they would remove themselves from the booking using their email link and open that slot up for your team.
Also Note: If you selected a session within the first 30 minutes or last hour of the day it is possible your team’s time will be adjusted slightly to accommodate a smooth photo session without breaks at the start or end of the day.
Some users report being removed as soon as they sign up. This is because some email servers automatically click links and this results in your being removed. If this happens, try signing up with a different email address. This usually solves the issue.
